We Portion and pack to the customers individual requirements according to specific weight or size. We also pack and deliver orders to specific aircraft freight requirements for our camps and lodges in remote areas, whose only access is by air, and where the aircraft may have weight limitations.
We deliver to the airport personally, and load the aircraft directly before takeoff, ensuring that the produce is in perfect order for the short flight out to the camps.

We mature all our steak cuts for two - three weeks to ensure that it is always "Steakhouse" tender and juicy. Our customers can be assured of only the best quality free range beef available in Botswana.

All our orders are *vacuum packed to ensure that the products our customers receive from us always arrive in the freshest possible condition due to the durable packaging and vacuum packing process. These orders are then packed in durable cardboard boxes and blast frozen to    -20ºC.
*This process removes all the air from and seals the product, limiting the growth of aerobic bacteria within the sealed product.
